HOW TO MAKE MUFF 

Basic muff  recipe :

Two cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of sugar, granulated
One-third tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt and 1 cup milk
Half a cup melted and cooled unsalted butter
Two big eggs
One tsp vanilla essence

INSTRUCTION :

1 Preheat the Oven:Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C. Use paper liners to line a muffin pan, or use cooking spray or butter to coat the cups

2 Mix Dry Ingredients:Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt thoroughly in a sizable bowl using a whisk.

3 Mix Wet Ingredients: Mix the eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla essence in a separate basin.

4 Combine Ingredients: Combine the wet and dry ingredients by pouring them together. Mix only until mixed; there should be some lumps in the batter. Avoid overmixing the muffins as this can result in a harsh texture

5 Add-Ins (Optional): At this point, carefully mix any desired additions—fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips—into the batter.

6 Fill Muff  Tin: Fill each of the muffin cups that have been prepared about two thirds of the way to the top with batter.

7 Bake: Having the oven hot, place the muffin tin inside. A toothpick put into the center of a muff  should come out clean after baking for 18 to 20 minutes.

8 cool : After letting the muffins cool in the pan for approximately five minutes, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
